Run, off Highway 278. Each house-style villa consists of six apartments ranging in floor plan and size, with private entrances and patios or balconies. The apartments include built-in computer centers, Spanish ceramic tile floors, high ceilings, crown molding, and walnut limestone fireplaces. A resort-style pool sits beside a community cabana and at the center point of the complex, a grand fountain. Tenants may cut their own fresh flowers from The Preserve's colorful cutting garden. The Preserve's concierge provides many services such as checking on pets or homes when tenants are out of town.
