The Cypress is a continuing-care retirement community sitting on 100 acres in
Hilton Head Plantation. It was designed with the independent senior in mind. All of the maintenance inside and outside of the owner-occupied cottages and apartments is included in a monthly fee that ranges from $1400 to $2500. The fee also includes all of the property’s utilities, except telephone expenses. Personalized home health care services are available, as well as skilled nursing care at the on-site Preston Health Care Center, a 55-bed facility with a dementia care unit. Also on site are three full-length golf holes and a 30,000-square-foot clubhouse with dining room.
