Each of Leslie’s clients has access to their own personal Web page, created after their initial meeting. Leslie calls this “customized automation” which tailors current inventory to their real estate preferences. “They narrow it down as much as possible,” she said. Once established, clients can log on 24 hours a day to view an updated list of properties based on the Web site owner’s criteria. Email alerts are also sent when new listings are posted. Some of Leslie’s clients use their site to watch the market and home prices over a period of time prior to purchasing. “It’s a benefit for busy professionals,” added Leslie. “I want to get you your best deal. I’ve had many sales in the past two years since we introduced the technology and my clients absolutely love it.”

Community Involvement: 
Leslie is from North Carolina and a graduate of Texas Christian University. She spent her youthful summers on the Carolina coast, never imagining she would spend her life introducing others to the coastal lifestyle. In addition to being a successful REALTOR, she is an ardent volunteer serving previously on the local PTA and with the Boy Scouts of America. She currently works as a volunteer with the Coastal Carolina Arts Center and is a Parks & Recreation Commissioner for Hilton Head Island. “I hold the Island near and dear to my heart,” she says. “I want to give back to the community that has given so much to my family. This has been a wonderful place to live, work and raise my family.
